Dear February,


I hope you really plan to show up this year because my expectations are already low due to the actions of your sister, January. Too much snow condensed in to one week and the overall feeling of exhaustion plagued my month (not cool!) I feel that you are off to a great start; I have started working out more--everyday so far--and have returned to my crusade to lessen the cookies in my diet.

While I sing your praises now, the month is still quite young and you have plenty of time to fail me and ultimately make me hate you. I am willing to work with you. I am positive right out the gate. I even have plans with the girls on Valentine's Day so that we are distracted from the other people who have plans on that day. Try not to ruin that either because I have really started to accept the existence of this day.

What I am saying, February, is...can we be friends?

    January was an exhausting month I feel. So this first week of February is KILLING me. I have been so sleepy and sleeping for over 8 hours a day, and have yet to make it to the gym this week! I hope Feb. goes well for you, I am hoping it will pick up this weekend/next week!

      January is hands down my least favorite month. Coming off the heels of the holidays and being in the throws of winter, it pretty much has nothing going for it. February is usually pretty down on the list of months as well. But I'm hopeful! I hope it turns around for :)

    January has just flown by and I can't believe it is February already! It is insane, there are never enough hours in the day!

      It really has flown by. Usually for me January is one of those months that just drags along forever.

      It really is cute! I think there are a few months that you could do something like this: shamrocks in March? Rain drops in April? Flowers for May? Is anybody writing this down?!
